This is an 18 year old single cask Highland Park from the 2022 Single Cask Series, bottled at 60% ABV. It is a limited edition drawn from one first-fill sherry seasoned European oak butt, which yielded 565 bottles.
The nose offers fresh pear, ginger and sweet banana. On the palate come burnt cedar, spices, clove, toffee, gingerbread and liquorice. The long finish brings citrus peel and peat smoke.
