A single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, distilled in 2006 and bottled on 28 October 2024 by Signatory Vintage. It spent 18 years in hogsheads and is bottled at 52% in a 70cl Ibisco decanter, without chill-filtration or added colour. It belongs to The Decanter Collection.
The nose shows green apple, ripe pear, bright citrus, soft vanilla and a touch of toasted malt. The palate is full-bodied, with grilled pineapple, honey and sweet nectarine against green pepper, salty heather and a hint of smoked ham. The finish is long, velvety and oily, with fine smoke, peppery spice, dry heather and restrained oak.
