This is a 21 year old single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, bottled by Montgomerie's in its Rare Select range at 46% ABV. It comes from a single cask, number 33, in which the whisky matured from February 1994 to February 2015.
The nose is light and delicate, with floral notes, a hint of salt and creamy, vegetal malt. The palate is round, soft and creamy, with some saltiness and floral notes. The finish is elegant, with some depth.
