Highland Park 21 Year Old is a single malt made from 14 casks chosen by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion, including first-fill sherry and bourbon casks.
The nose opens with espresso, dark chocolate, orange marmalade and spices. Sherry-driven ginger and spice follow, then citrus and cedar from the bourbon casks and a gentle wisp of peaty smoke.
