Highland Park 21 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the November 2019 release, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is deep and golden in colour.
The palate opens with fresh cut pineapple, ripe mango and juicy pears. Sun-dried sultanas and vanilla follow at the back of the palate, and the finish brings toasted oak with aromatic peat smoke.
