A single cask Highland Park from Orkney, distilled on 12 December 1991 and bottled in September 2017 for Mackillop's Choice. It is a 25 year old at a cask strength of 53.9% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, and the outturn was 283 bottles.
The nose is soft and creamy, with malty tones and marine notes of salt and seaweed. On the palate it is soft and elegant, with delicate sweetness and a balanced marine character. The finish is long, quite dry and malty.
