Highland Park – 25 Years Old 2022 Release (46%)

Highland Park 25 Years is the 2022 release of a single malt from Orkney, bottled at 46% without chill-filtration. It was put together from casks chosen for at least 25 years of maturation, and sherry casks play a part alongside the distillery's light smoke. Its notes are usually given as dried fruit, honey, spices and dark chocolate, with a faint touch of smoke.
