Highland Park – 30 Year Old The Spectator 180th Anniversary (75cl, 48.1%)

This is a 30 year old Highland Park single malt from Kirkwall on Orkney, bottled at 48.1% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was produced to mark the 180th anniversary of The Spectator. The casks behind it were laid down by the distillery's master distiller a little over thirty years before. The whisky is described as complex, with gentle smoke running alongside lighter, sweeter flavours.
