Highland Park – Cask Strength Release No. 3 (64.1%)

Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 is a single cask single malt bottled at cask strength, 64.1% ABV. It is described as the smokiest single cask release from the distillery. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The nose brings plenty of aromatic peat smoke with ripe pears, roses and coconut. On the palate it is typically described as cedar wood, heather honey, violets, mango and black pepper.
