Highland Park – Fire Edition 15 Year Old

Highland Park Fire Edition is a 15 year old single malt, one half of a two-part bottling that celebrates the Viking age sagas recorded in the Poetic Edda. The edition marks the battle between the gods and the fire and ice giants, and the new world born from the ashes. A total of 28,000 bottles were released in specially commissioned crimson glass. The whisky was matured in 100% refill Port-seasoned casks, a first for Highland Park, and has the natural hue of glowing flames. On the palate come damsons, cinnamon, dried fruit and chocolate, leading to an intense fruity finish.
