Highland Park – Full Volume (63.6%)

Highland Park Full Volume is a single malt made entirely from ex-bourbon casks, rather than the distillery's usual sherry-seasoned ones. It is bottled at 63.6% ABV. During 1999, 481 casks, a mix of 200 litre barrels and 250 litre hogsheads, were filled at between 63.6% and 63.7%. The whisky has a natural, cask-driven colour with no additives, light straw, clear and bright. It is described as creamy vanilla and sweet citrus from the bourbon wood, with Highland Park's aromatic smokiness. Other flavours include coconut, mango, pineapple, cedar wood, lemon peel and light smoke.
