Highland Park Heather Cask Strength is an Orkney single malt bottled at 63.6% ABV, undiluted and unfiltered.
The distillery uses local peated malt made with heather. The whisky was matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned casks of European and American oak.
The nose offers smoke, heather honey, vanilla and caramel. On the palate come toasted nuts, citrus and sherry richness, leading to a long, smoky finish.
