Highland Park Ice Edition is a 17 year old single malt Scotch whisky, a two-part bottling celebrating the Viking sagas of the Poetic Edda, the oldest recorded Norse poems.
The release is limited to 30,000 bottles. The glacial blue bottle is designed to reflect shards of ice and sits in a wooden mountain-like cradle with a wooden stopper. Its colour is natural, with no additives.
The aroma is of cool fresh pineapple and ripe mango sorbet over a frosty note of root ginger. Peat smoke, vanilla and aromatic spices complete the flavours.
