This is a 14 year old single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as number 58 in its 100 Proof Edition. It is bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colouring.
After maturation it was finished in first fill Amontillado sherry casks. The finish brings subtle sherry spice together with the northern freshness and gentle smoke of the island distillery.
