Highland Park – Triskelion Special Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)

This is a special edition single malt from Highland Park, the Orkney distillery. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Triskelion was put together by three Highland Park whisky makers: Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane and John Ramsay. Each of them chose and paired three individual cask types, with the aim of exploring how cask seasoning and different woods shape the whisky. The distillery's house style rests on sherry casks and a heathery sweetness from the Orcadian peat used in malting.
