Highland Park Viking Honour 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made at one of Scotland's northernmost distilleries, which traces its beginnings to Magnus Eunson and 1798.
The whisky is matured in a high proportion of sherry-seasoned oak casks and bottled with natural colour.
The nose brings heather honey, light peat and dried herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with layered sweetness, spice and lingering smoke, and the finish carries oak, dried fruit and heathery peat.
