Holyrood Pitch is a single malt Scotch whisky from Holyrood Distillery, bottled by the distillery itself on 6 February 2025. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 49.4%.
Oloroso is the cask named for this release, so sherry-cask influence is the feature to look for. It is a distillery bottling, not an independent one.
