This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from I.W. Harper, part of the Gold Medal series and bottled for Japan at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is made at the Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.
The mash bill contains more than 86% corn, which the producer credits for the bourbon's sweetness. It matured in new, heavily charred American oak, which gives the colour. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
