Ian Macleod's As We Get It Highland Single Malt (70cl, 60.5%)

This is a Highland single malt from Ian Macleod's As We Get It series, in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 60.5% ABV. Ian Macleod selects casks of malt matured over a number of years and bottles it without dilution. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The nose combines ripe pears and nectarines with banana and a fine touch of vanilla. On the palate, mango and pineapple sit alongside oak spice and toasted hazelnuts. The finish shows green apple, brioche and a gentle pepperiness.
