Ichiro's Malt Double Distilleries 2021 Chichibu x Komagatake (70cl, 53.5%)

Double Distilleries is a Japanese blended malt in the Ichiro's Malt range, a vatting of malt from the Chichibu and Komagatake distilleries. This 2021 edition is bottled at 53.5% and is one of 10,200 bottles. Ichiro's Malt is produced by Venture Whisky and named after its founder, Ichiro Akuto. The company was established in 2004, when he acquired the remaining stocks of malt from his grandfather's Hanyu distillery, and it opened Chichibu in 2008.
