Inniskillin Gold Vidal Icewine (37.5cl)

Inniskillin Gold Vidal Icewine is a sweet Canadian dessert wine in a 37.5cl bottle, made entirely from Vidal Blanc grapes frozen naturally on the vine in the Niagara Peninsula. It is aged in 90% new French oak, which gives a rich, satin texture. Residual sugar is 272 g/L, balanced by 10.5 g/L of acidity, so the sweetness stays lively. The nose shows apricot, peach, pineapple and mango, with orange peel, clove and vanilla. On the palate come apricot marmalade, candied peach and tropical fruit, with a citrus edge and lingering spice.
