Inniskillin Vidal Sparkling Icewine 2022 Niagara Peninsula (37.5cl, 9.5%)

Inniskillin Vidal Sparkling Icewine 2022 is a sparkling icewine from the Niagara Peninsula in Canada, in a 37.5cl bottle at 9.5% vol. The Vidal grapes were picked at around -10°C during the December 2022 harvest and pressed immediately, giving juice at 37.7 brix. It was fermented under pressure in a charmat tank at about 17°C until it reached 9.5% alcohol. The nose shows peach, orange and mango. On the palate there are citrus, lychee and pineapple, balanced by lively acidity and a fine fizz.
