Inniskillin Pearl Ice Wine 2024 Niagara Peninsula (37.5cl)

Inniskillin Pearl Ice Wine 2024 is a sweet white wine from the Niagara Peninsula in Canada, in a 375ml bottle. Inniskillin has made icewine from Niagara Peninsula grapes since 1984, at its estate in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The grapes hang on the vine into winter and are picked naturally frozen at around -10°C. Only a small amount of concentrated juice can be pressed from each bunch, and it is fermented slowly at an average of 15°C. Vidal, the grape most grown for icewine in Ontario, has thick skins and natural acidity. The nose is lush with peach peel, mango, lemon and orange peel. The palate follows with apricot and peach skin, and good acidity leads to a long, rounded finish.
