Inniskillin Niagara Estate Cabernet Franc Icewine (37.5cl)

Inniskillin Niagara Estate Cabernet Franc Icewine is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes harvested in the Niagara Peninsula at around -10°C, which naturally concentrates their sugars. It comes in a 37.5cl bottle. The nose is of jammy strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb, with strawberry-rhubarb crumble, guava, strawberry gelato and quince paste. The palate shows strawberry, cherry, raspberry and rhubarb, with sweet pastry richness and guava. Strong core acidity lifts the sweetness and keeps the wine fresh. It is best served well chilled, at 8-10°C.
