Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Grafter Small Batch (70cl, 43%)

Grafter is a small batch Irish blend from the Irish Whiskey Bonding Co., in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. It brings together five Irish whiskeys: Shortcross single malt, double and triple distilled malt, pot still and grain. The Shortcross malt comes from Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down. Maturation uses ex-bourbon casks, sherry casks and new American oak. It is bottled non-chill-filtered and without added colouring. Fruit and citrus lead the nose, with light vanilla and gentle spice. Sweet, full malt opens the palate, followed by rich, creamy pot still spice. The long finish combines malt and pot still spice, ending on lightly toasted grain.
