Isle of Fionia Peated Single Malt is an organic Danish whisky from Nyborg Destilleri on Funen, made from organic malted barley and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
Smoked malt gives it a peat character, which is balanced by vanilla, honey and ripe fruit.
The nose brings peat smoke, vanilla, honey, ripe pear, citrus and light maritime notes. The palate is full, with smoked malt, caramel, ripe fruit, oak and warm spices. The finish is long, with lingering peat smoke and sweet malt.
