This is the Isle of Raasay Na Sia recipe bottled at cask strength, 61.6%, without dilution. Na Sia means 'the six' in Gaelic.
The recipe uses six casks. Peated and unpeated spirit mature separately in three kinds of wood: rye whisky casks, new Chinkapin oak and red Bordeaux wine casks. The result is lightly peated, with rich, dark fruit flavours.
It was distilled, matured and bottled on Raasay, and 5,500 bottles were released worldwide.
