This 2025 release from Isle of Raasay is an unpeated single malt made with Concerto barley grown on the Arbikie Highland Estate. It is a collaboration between the founders of Isle of Raasay and Arbikie, six years in the making, and was matured in ex-Woodford Reserve rye whiskey casks.
It was bottled at just under six years old and 50.2% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration. Flavours include banana, pine sap and mint chocolate.
