J.J Corry The Gael Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

J.J Corry The Gael is an Irish whiskey blending malt and grain whiskeys, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made up of some of the oldest whiskeys in the distillery's library of flavours, and is described as a showing of the house's fruit-led style. The nose offers fresh bergamot and beeswax. On the palate there is ripe white stone fruit and lime, with minerality and pink peppercorns. The finish is of medium length, with minerals again alongside dried grapefruit and apple.
