Jack Daniel's Bonded Tennessee Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Bonded is a Tennessee whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, bottled at 50% (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the permanent Bonded Series, launched in May 2022. As a bottled-in-bond whiskey, it comes from a single distillation season by a single distiller and has spent at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse. The mash bill is 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye, and the spirit is mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before maturation. The nose combines caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, banana and hints of maple sugar. The palate is full and bold, with brown sugar, oak, cinnamon and nutmeg, leading to a long finish of caramel sweetness, spicy heat and gentle smoky warmth.
