Jack Daniel's Cinnamon Spice Tennessee Fire (35%)

Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire is a flavoured whiskey liqueur from the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, bottled at 35% (70 proof). It is made by blending the distillery's Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey with a naturally infused red hot cinnamon liqueur. The base whiskey is charcoal mellowed through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal and matured in American white oak barrels. The nose is sweet and candy-like, with red hot cinnamon and hot honey over vanilla, sugar and toasted oak. The palate starts with candied cinnamon, sugar syrup and nutmeg, then moves to vanilla and dark chocolate. The finish is long and sweet, with a slow, warming cinnamon kick.
