Jack Daniel's Triple Mash (70cl, 50%)

Jack Daniel's Triple Mash is a Tennessee whiskey blended from three whiskeys made at the Lynchburg distillery: 60% Tennessee Rye, 20% Tennessee Whiskey and 20% American Malt. The percentages refer to the matured whiskeys, not to grains. All three meet bottled-in-bond rules, having been made by one distiller in a single season and aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse. They matured in new charred oak, and the blend was bottled at 100 proof, or 50%. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered. It joined the Bonded Series in 2022. The nose offers dried fruit and charred oak. Honey sweetness meets spicy rye and dry oak on the palate. The long finish recalls toasted bread, with fine charcoal notes.
