Jameson Blenders' Dog Irish Whiskey (75cl)

Jameson Blenders' Dog is an Irish whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery. Head Blender Billy Leighton created it as a tribute to the craft of blending, and the name nods to the dog of the traditional copper pot still distillery. It is non-chill-filtered to preserve mouthfeel and flavour, with balance, texture and time as its main themes. The nose is vanilla, toasted wood, orchard fruit and gentle spice. The palate is creamy, with honeyed sweetness, soft oak and light spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, with warmth and balanced oak.
