Redbreast 15 Years Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, bottled at 46% in a 750ml bottle. It is made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
The whiskey matured for a minimum of 15 years in first fill and refill ex-bourbon American oak barrels together with Oloroso sherry butts. It is non-chill filtered.
On the nose there is green cardamom, blackberry pie, cedar and Oloroso sherry, with berry fruits and aromatic oils.
