Jameson Gold Reserve Triple Distilled Three Wood Matured Irish Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Jameson Gold Reserve is a blended Irish whiskey first created in 1996, triple distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 40% abv in a 750ml bottle. It combines three pot still whiskeys, aged between 8 and 20 years in virgin American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, with a grain whiskey matured mainly in ex-bourbon casks. The virgin oak gives spicy new wood character and a honeyed, toasted sweetness. The nose offers honey, vanilla, toasted oak, light spice and dried fruit. The palate is creamy and full bodied, with caramel, baked apple, ripe plum and toffee.
