Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It combines pot still and grain whiskeys, is triple distilled and spends at least four years in oak casks. It is sold in a 1.14 litre bottle.
The colour is a light amber. The nose is lightly floral with spicy wood, orchard fruit, cut grass and a little vanilla. On the palate there is vanilla, green apple, pear, toasted wood and a touch of hazelnut. The finish is clean and brief, with gentle warmth, soft spice and sweet grain.
