A triple-distilled Irish blend from Midleton Distillery, made by combining pot still and grain spirit. It is matured in oak casks for a minimum of four years.
The nose has light floral hints, fresh wood and gentle sweetness. On the palate, creamy vanilla, soft spice and a touch of toasted nut sit in balance. The finish is clean and smooth, with delicate warmth and faint sherry undertones.
