Jameson Single Pot Still Five Oak Cask Release is an Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton Distillery, in a 750ml bottle.
It is matured in five cask types: virgin Irish oak, European oak, American oak, seasoned Bourbon casks and sherry casks.
The nose brings wood spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted oak and sweet honeycomb. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with dark berry compote, creamy vanilla and fudge, leading to a long finish of dried fruit and spice.
