Jim Beam Devil's Cut is an American bourbon in a 75cl bottle. The spirit that stays trapped in the staves of the barrels after ageing, known as the devil's share, is extracted and blended with further aged bourbon.
On the nose it brings toasted oak and charred wood, with vanilla and sweet spice. The palate is full and robust, with vanilla, toasted caramel and spice, and a marked woodiness that balances the sweetness. The finish runs medium to long, with oak and spice and a soft, sweet aftertaste.
