Jim Beam Honey is a bourbon infused with real honey, bringing a soft sweetness to the familiar Jim Beam bourbon character. It is a bright golden amber with warm highlights.
The nose is sweet, with honey mixed with vanilla, wood and soft caramel. The palate opens smooth and balanced, with floral honey and sweet caramel alongside oak and vanilla from the bourbon base. The finish is soft and sweet, leaving a gentle honey aftertaste that does not turn cloying.
