Johnny Drum Green Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon, now produced by Willett Distillery in Bardstown. It is aged for at least four years in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The colour is a warm amber. The nose brings caramel, vanilla, sweet corn and toasted oak. On the palate there is honeyed sweetness, butterscotch, light spice and a touch of charred oak, followed by a smooth, gently warming finish with subtle nut and wood notes.
