Kadamba Rum Cask is an Indian single malt in a 75cl bottle, part of the Kadamba single malt series. It is distilled from malted barley in Goa and finished in casks that were previously seasoned with rum.
The nose brings warm vanilla, toasted oak and sweet molasses, with hints of tropical fruit and baking spice. On the palate the rum cask shows in caramel, brown sugar and ripe banana, alongside rich malt and gentle spice. The finish is long, with a warm sweetness that lingers.
