Kamiki Blended Malt Japanese Whisky (50cl, 48%)

Kamiki is a blended malt whisky, made by combining Japanese malt whiskies with selected malts from other parts of the world. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 500ml bottle. After blending, the whisky is finished in casks made from yoshino-sugi, often called Japanese cedar, a particularly aromatic wood. Kamiki is said to be the first whisky to have a yoshino-sugi cask finish. The blend is put together when the whisky is at its peak of flavour rather than to a fixed ratio, so each batch differs from the last.
