Kamiki Cedar Cask is a Japanese blended malt whisky in a 50cl bottle, bottled at 48%. It is finished in Yoshino cedar casks, a wood rarely used for whisky, and it is non-chill-filtered. The cedar gives an aromatic, spicy character. The nose is of cedarwood, and the palate shows honey and caramel with a slight nuttiness, subtle spice and soft smoke.
