Kanosuke 2021 First Edition is the first single malt whisky produced by Kanosuke Distillery in Japan. The malt is unpeated, and the whisky is bottled at cask strength.
It was mainly matured in re-charred American white oak shochu casks from Komasa Shuzo.
On the nose it offers raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and lime.
