Kanosuke 2023 Limited Edition is a Japanese single malt from the Kanosuke Distillery, bottled at 59% ABV. It was distilled from peated malt in 2018 and 2019, then matured in former shochu and sherry casks before bottling in 2023.
The nose is sweet, fruity and spicy. The palate is more subtle, with citrus, candied peel and gentle cinnamon spice. The finish is well rounded, with winter and summer fruits, malt and subtle oak.
