Kanosuke – 4 Year Old for Mizunara 10th Anniversary

A single cask Kanosuke bottled privately for Mizunara, a Hong Kong whisky bar, for its 10th anniversary. It is a limited release for the Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore markets, with 222 bottles filled. The whisky spent 58 months in a first-fill rye cask from Knob Creek, Jim Beam. The label was designed by the artist Saumya Bharati and celebrates the joy and beauty of nature. The nose is aromatic, with fresh grapes, green apples, apricots, cinnamon and caramel. The palate is rich with honey, vanilla, caramel popcorn and grapefruit candy, and the finish lingers with grapefruit peel and salted caramel.
