Kanosuke – Hioki Pot Still (70cl, 51%)

Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is a Japanese whisky bottled at 51% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a mix of malted and unmalted barley, distilled at the sister distillery Hioki, the birthplace of the Mellowed Kozuru shochu and the predecessor of Kanosuke. The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and new American oak casks. It is described as mellow, aromatic and full-bodied.
