Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is a Japanese whisky bottled at 51% in a 70cl bottle. It matured in new American white oak casks and bourbon barrels in the warehouse at the Kanosuke distillery, and it won a Gold medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The colour is a clear amber brown. The nose has butter sand, apricot, plum and citrus. The palate brings marmalade, vanilla, orange and almond. The finish carries vanilla, dry ginger and cinnamon, with a gentle sweetness.
