Kanosuke – Single Malt 2026 Limited Edition (70cl, 57%)

Kanosuke Single Malt 2026 Limited Edition is a Japanese single malt from Kagoshima, bottled at 57%. The first February release in the series takes its inspiration from the scent of beach vitex and the coastal air around the distillery in early spring. It combines bourbon-matured malt finished in apple brandy casks with recharred shochu-cask malt finished in white wine casks. Small contributions from sherry casks and peated spirit complete the blend, while gradual dilution develops a rounded texture. Its character includes vanilla, apple and white grape, with dried fruit, nuts and orange blossom.
